From the time of the request we aim to return your quotation, as long as no other information is needed, within 2 hours.
Our quote request template requires term ie months, annual mileage and details of the initial payment that your customer wishes to pay. We ask for an OTR to use which includes the discount you are willing to supply the vehicle for. We will then add what Hi Fleet support is available. If your customer already has Hi Fleet support terms in place, we would need to be notified as this must not be counted twice.
Hi fleet support is available to REVdirect for any Maxus product supplied to an end user using one of our mainstream leasing partners. This support does vary from model to model and is in place to help you become more competitive in the leasing space.
Use a discount level that you are comfortable with, the cost you give us should include the chassis profit that you want to retain.
We will not re-market to any customers that have been introduced to us via the REVdirect platform. Our system will hold your details so that any in-life communication will go to you rather than the end user. This is particularly useful when optimising renewals.
Everything is sent to us, the quicker we receive it, the quicker you get paid.
We anticipate that you will see payment in around 14 working days. The paperwork needs to be received by us in a timely manner and have no issues. If Hi Fleet support is used, REVdirect will pay you within 28 days. This is only longer as we need to claim the Hi Fleet support back from Maxus which is carried out on a monthly basis.
