The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to businesses (sole traders, partnerships, companies).
If Rivervale cancels the order or the vehicle is delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances, the processing fee will be refunded, and no cancellation fee will apply.

Yes, we are covered by the FSCS. Compensation may be available if we are unable to meet our obligations, depending on the type of business and claim.
General insurance advice and arrangement is covered for 90% of the claim with no upper limit. Compulsory insurance (e.g. motor insurance) is covered for 100% of the claim with no upper limit.
Finance products are not covered by this scheme.
